The Weekend Festivities

WELCOME WALK

Friday, May 23rd, 2025
9:30-11:30AM PT

Cove East Trail

Walk your way down the Cove East Trail (⅓ of a mile) towards the lake/beach and take in the 360 mountain views of South Lake Tahoe. Once you reach the beach we’ll have some breakfast snacks and coffee + some lawn/beach games. We’ll also have some chairs provided for people to relax on the beach or you can continue to walk the trail. Dogs are welcome, and so Walter and friends will be there to say hi!

The trail is very flat and can accommodate bikes if you’d prefer to cycle. Unfortunately there are no bathrooms on the trail/beach, so please use the restroom before you head down the path.

Lastly, this is a great place to see wildlife so keep your eyes peeled for: Eagles, Otters, Beavers, Coyotes & Bears.

**Can park along Venice Drive road or can park in the marina parking lot - please keep an eye out for any new parking sign restrictions.

WELCOME COCKTAIL CRUISE

MS Dixie II - Zephyr Cove

Let’s get on the water and have a few drinks taking in the gorgeous views of South Lake Tahoe. The cruise will leave promptly at 3PM and will tour the lake for two hours. Please try and arrive at the dock for 2:30PM. Beverages and a small snack will be provided.

attire: Cocktail attire requested.

transportation: We recommend using Uber or Taxi. If driving, there is a medium sized parking lot located on the premise.

THE MAIN EVENT

Saturday, May 24th, 2025
5:00PM-12AM PT

Edgewood Resort

We can’t wait to say ‘I do’ and celebrate the night away with our favorite people. Wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. The ceremony will take place lakeside next to the golf club house. Signs will be present on the property to guide guests.

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and reception.

attire: Formal attire requested.

transportation: We recommend using Uber or Taxi. If driving, Edgewood will provide free valet (no self parking).

SEND OFF BRUNCH

To end the weekend on a high we’d love to gather together for brunch and share all of the fun stories from the night before. A buffet style brunch will be served in the Edgewood Ballroom located near the lobby of the hotel. Signs will be present to guide guests.
